How to write Japanese email properly

Guten Abend ~ Hello wonderful world of blogspot :)

So tonight is the night. Wow, every week's just getting faster and faster. Isn't it? Here I am laying on my bed, with my laptop and at very comfy position :)) By the way, I write this by the advice of a certain reader who always supported me. Well, this is about the basic structure of e-mail. 

Basically the structure of Japanese e-mail are like written below. 



LATIN

Subject : Konsato ni (go)shoutaishitai no desu ga.

Risa senpai
Sansan desu. Konnichiha

Kyou toshokan de sukoshi (o)hanashishimashitaga, jitsu ha raishuu, watashi no piano no konsato ga arimasu.
Kore ha watashi no hajimete no konsato desu.
Hoka no kanshu no katagata mo sankashimasu.
Risa senpai ni ha, zehi kono konsato ni kiteitadakitaito omotteorimasu. Ikagadeshouka.
Nichiji : 4 gatsu 25 nichi (Doyoubi) 18:00 - 22.00
Basho : Taman Budaya Jogujakaruta

Moshi, (go)tsugou ga tsuku you deshitara, seishikina (go)shoutaijou wo okurishitai to omotteimasu.

(O)henji (o)machishiteorimasu. Douzo yoroshiku onegaiitashimasu.

Subject : Invitation to the concert

Hello Risa

I'm Sansan

Today I'have told you earlier at library about my Piano Concert next week. This is my first concert.
Not just me, others musicians will also held there performers in this concert. 
Risa, I want you to come to see this concert. Would you come?
Time  : April 25th at 18:00 - 22.00
Place : Taman Budaya Yogyakarta
I'll send formal invitation if I can make it.

I'm waiting for your answer. Sincerely.

Explanation :

1. 前置き (Opening)  

    The part written before the main content which consists of name, greetings, and such.

2. 宛先   (Salutation) 

    The name of the recipient

3. 送信者 (Sender)

    Sometimes it’s excluded from the mail in case the sender has close relationship with the recipient.

4. 本文   (Main Content) 

    The part where you write the main content.
    When you want to tell about information you can itemize them one by one (a.g. : time, place, or such).

5. むすび (Ending)

    The part written at the end of the mail. Consists of closing greeting and such.
